1 Acceptance of Terms

0kbet reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may be suspended pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on 0kbet at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or device identifiers — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of associated funds.

When registering, you are required to provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a contact number, and other information as prompted during the registration process. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and current. 0kbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent point, in line with applicable regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You should not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 0kbet account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes to account settings.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 0kbet support immediately at support@0kbet.best. 0kbet will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorised access, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from the use of your credentials by any person you have shared them with, or where account access is made possible by your own failure to secure your login details.

• Do not access your 0kbet account from shared or public devices unless you are certain you can log out completely.

• Never share your credentials with anyone — including people claiming to be 0kbet support staff. Legitimate support staff will never ask for your password.

5 Deposits

All deposits at 0kbet are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the selected payment method and any account-specific limits in place.

Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods are displayed in your account at the time of deposit.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that belongs to the account holder personally. 0kbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason provided.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified, including identity and, where applicable, payment method verification. Accounts with pending or incomplete verification may have withdrawals placed on hold until the verification process is completed.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically process within one business day.
• 0kbet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

If you have an active promotional bonus on your account, withdrawal may be subject to the applicable turnover requirements. Attempting to withdraw before completing required turnover may result in the removal of the associated promotional balance in accordance with the promotion's terms.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino games, poker sessions, and other wagers placed through 0kbet are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to that event or game type, in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the 0kbet system. Bets that have been accepted are binding. Once a bet slip is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases where the applicable sport or game rules allow for a specific exception.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds are set and updated by the 0kbet trading team. Displayed odds are correct at the time of display but may change before bet placement, particularly for live betting markets where prices move in real time. The odds confirmed at the point of acceptance are the final odds for that bet.

7.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without completion; an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event outcome was already determined before the bet was accepted; or any other circumstance specified in the applicable game or sport rules. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your 0kbet wallet.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet, per event, or per day may apply. Where applicable, limits are displayed in the relevant section of the platform. 0kbet reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or event at its discretion.

8 Promotions and Bonuses

0kbet offers promotions to eligible account holders from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal campaigns. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the individual offer, as well as the general rules below.

• All promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic, professional, or coordinated exploitation of bonuses is prohibited.
• A player may only claim each promotion once unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 0kbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system glitches. Any winnings resulting from clear errors may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to 0kbet without first attempting to resolve the issue through the official support channels.
• Abuse of support: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language or behaviour towards 0kbet staff members.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

0kbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of a Terms breach, an ongoing verification requirement, a security concern, or a legal obligation requiring account action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture where the breach involved fraudulent or prohibited conduct. In all other cases, verified account holders may request a withdrawal of any remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal terms.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 0kbet support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining balance minus applicable deductions will be returned.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability
